Young, an alumna of Robert Morris University (RMU), has worked at Concordia as Corporate Controller since 1997. Much of her prior work experience has also been in the healthcare industry, including Manager of Budgeting for Allegheny Valley Hospital and prior to that position as Manager of Budgeting for Shadyside Hospital. In her new role, she will assume oversight for all financial reporting, budgeting and other financial matters as it relates to all Concordia service lines and locations. Young will also be involved in corporate and strategic planning.
Brand, also a graduate of RMU, has been leading the accounting and finance departments for the entire 27 years he has been with Concordia. In 1998, he was appointed to the newly-created CFO position. In his new role as Executive Vice President, Paul will focus on organization growth and acquisitions as well as executive level corporate projects.
