Concordia at Sumner Expansion Info Session August 2

An Educational Session and Introduction to Concordia at Sumner’s retirement living expansion will be held on Thursday, August 2 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. in the Great Hall on the campus at 970 Sumner Parkway in Copley.  

Titled “Dine and Discover,” the event will feature Concordia President and CEO Keith Frndak. He will cover the questions you should be asking when researching retirement communities, such as: What happens to my entry fee? What is included in my monthly fee? What if I can’t sell my home? With nearly 35 years at Concordia, Frndak will share the knowledge he has accumulated from his years of experience. A light lunch and tours will be provided.

Early incentives and the advantage of apartment selection and customization in the new three-story, 105,000 square foot building will also me announced.  Groundbreaking for the new building was on June 15.
