Concordia at Sumner Expansion Info Session August 28

An Educational Session and Introduction to Concordia at Sumner’s retirement living expansion will be held on Thursday, August 28 from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Great Hall on the campus at 970 Sumner Parkway in Copley.  

Titled “Smart Questions to Ask When Considering  a Retirement Community,” the event will feature Concordia President and CEO Keith Frndak. He will cover the questions you should be asking when researching retirement communities, such as: What happens to my entry fee? What is included in my monthly fee? What if I can’t sell my home? With nearly 35 years at Concordia, Frndak will share the knowledge he has accumulated from his years of experience. Cocktails, refreshments and entertainment will be provided after the seminar.

Early incentives and the advantage of apartment selection and customization in the new three-story, 105,000 square foot building will also me announced. Groundbreaking for the new building was on June 15.
