Concordia 2016 Golf Classic Returns to Treesdale

Jefferson Twp, PA – A highly popular golf event and the largest annual Concordia Lutheran Ministries fundraiser, the CLM Golf Classic, returns to Treesdale Golf & Country Club in Gibsonia on Monday, July 11.

SEI Investments returns as Concordia’s Signature Sponsor for the sixth consecutive year.

One of western Pennsylvania’s premier golf courses offering the only 27-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, Treesdale is conveniently located north of Pittsburgh in close proximity to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Interstate 79. For the fifth consecutive year, Treesdale offers three uniquely different but challenging nine holes – The Grove, Lakes and Orchard Courses – providing golfers of any level the ability to enjoy the game.

Registration, breakfast, gifts and skill contests kick-off the event at 8:30 a.m. followed by the shot gun start/scramble at 10:30 a.m. Following golf, a reception is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. with the banquet and program set to begin at 4:15 p.m. in the clubhouse.

Cost per participant is $200 for golf, cart, gifts, continental breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception and greens fees. Golf Classic sponsorship opportunities include Platinum at $7500, Gold - $5000, Golf Cart or Banquet - $3500, Social Hour, Refreshments or Shirt - $2500, Putting Contest, Breakfast or Practice Range - $2000; Contest Hole at $1500, Silent Auction - $1000, Green &  Pin - $800 and Tee - $400.

Concordia is also accepting items for its basket auction. Prizes will be awarded to three foursomes for the lowest gross score.

Every gift given to Concordia Lutheran Ministries makes a significant difference in the lives of our residents, especially to those facing financial hardship.  All net proceeds from the CLM Golf Classic are directed to Concordia’s Good Samaritan Endowment Fund, allowing Concordia to provide high-quality, faith-based care to those with limited ability to pay.
