The Sisters of St. Joseph established Villa St. Joseph in 1997 in order to meet the critical health care needs of elderly residents in Beaver County and surrounding communities as well as the needs of their own sisters.
“The Sisters of St. Joseph have been committed to the success and vitality of the Villa since its foundation. Concordia Lutheran Ministries has indicated that it recognizes the quality of care and excellent service provided by the Villa and has expressed a commitment to build on the solid foundation of Villa St. Joseph,” said Sister Mary Pellegrino, Congregational Moderator for the Sisters of St. Joseph.
Concordia President and CEO Keith Frndak said, “Concordia searches for certain characteristics when considering prospects to expand our mission to serve seniors. Our Board of Directors believes that Villa St. Joseph offers an excellent opportunity to continue to be a Christian consolidator,” he said. “It is a faith-based community with a reputation for high quality care and we look forward to serving the people of Beaver County for many years. Concordia welcomes our new staff members and residents into the Concordia family.”
Concordia has appointed Rachelle Arnold as Administrator. She has served as Administrator at Harmony Physical Rehabilitation on the Concordia of Monroeville campus. Visit our new website at www.concordiavillastjoseph.org.
