In addition to the print publications, she has also written educational study courses and a CD-ROM on medical imaging in rehabilitation. Fundamentals of Musculoskeletal Imaging is used in many physical therapy teaching programs throughout the country.
Lynn is a 2009 winner of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Helen J. Hislop Award for Outstanding Contributions to Professional Literature. In addition to her employment with CVN, she is an adjunct professor at the University of Montana and St. Francis University in Pennsylvania. Her prior academic affiliations include University of Maryland, Arcadia University, St. Louis University and Slippery Rock University, among others.
Lynn lives in Butler with her husband Dave and children Ann and Jesse, the latter of who provided many of the illustrations in the textbook. Lynn and her daughter, completed the 150 mile bike race, Bike MS, in early June. In her spare time, Lynn enjoys canning fruits and vegetables, gardening and kayaking.
