Everything You Wanted to Know About Estate and Gift Planning But Were Afraid to Ask

Every adult needs an estate plan, whether they own a little or a lot, married or single, with or without dependents. Concordia Lutheran Ministries, in partnership with the Butler Area Public Library, is offering a free program on estate and gift planning at the Butler Area Public Library on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m.

The easy-to-digest presentation will help you understand how best to ensure your legacy is preserved with your family, loved ones, and charities according to your wishes – while minimizing the tax burden and maximizing your impact through effective gift-planning methods.

Scott Koskoski, the presenter of this program, is the Chief Development Officer for Concordia Lutheran Ministries and holds the Certified Fundraising Executive designation. He has advanced experience in gift planning, life income vehicles, and customizing estate plans to allow individuals to meet their family and philanthropic goals.

Registration is required. To register, email Library Assistant Director Caitlyn Boland at cboland@bcfls.org, call 724-287-1715 ext. 111 or stop by the Library front desk. For more information on Concordia, visit www.concordialm.org.
