The health and well-being of our patients, residents and team members is our number one priority. Despite many of the counties in which we operate beginning to re-open, per the Departments of Health, Concordia is still operating under a no visitation policy, except for patients/residents in end-of-life situations. However, those wishing to see their loved ones can schedule time with them at one of our safe visitation areas. Please call your loved one's facility for more information. Good Samaritan Hospice Drive-In Memorial Service & Butterfly Release (2020)

The Good Samaritan Hospice Drive-In Memorial Service & Butterfly Release will be held Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 2 – 4 p.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, located on Lake Arthur, Mt. Zion Baptist Church Road, Franklin Township, PA 16052. This event is open for anyone who wants to honor and celebrate the memory of their loved ones. Children are welcome!

You are invited to honor celebrate the memory of your loved ones through a unique Memorial Service event. There will be a certain amount of people allowed into the sanctuary for the service, to be determined the day of the event. All others will be able to tune into the service via a local radio station in their parked cars.

The event is free to attend for all, with butterflies to be released at $10 each. Pre-registration is required by July 15, 2020 to guarantee a butterfly and help us anticipate the facility needs.

As a participant in this Memorial Event, you have three options:

1. Attend the memorial service only, either inside the church or in your car;

2. Pick up your butterfly and stay for the memorial service and group release; or

3. Pick up your butterfly and release it elsewhere of your choosing within two hours of the event.

Register by clicking here, or by calling 724-352-1571, ext. 8355.
