Participants are asked to reserve a live butterfly in advance for $10 each, and there will also be a limited number of butterflies available to purchase on-site the day of the event. All proceeds will benefit Good Samaritan Hospice and our mission of caring for those we love facing a life-limiting illness or preparing to pass into God’s Glory. The program will begin with a brief prayer service and dedication, followed by choral and musical performances. Participants will then release their butterflies into the sky as a representation of “letting go” their loved ones into the hearts and hands of God.

Many hundreds of individuals and their families are touched each year by the physical, emotional and spiritual end-of-life care Good Samaritan Hospice provides. We help patients make choices about their care and provide support for friends and families who are grieving.
