Local Orthopedic Surgeon to Host Concordia’s Doc Talk in August

Jefferson Twp., PA – Corey A. Pacek, M.D., orthopedic surgeon with Tri Rivers Surgical Associates in Pittsburgh, will present “Carpal Tunnel, Trigger Finger and Hand Arthritis” on Monday, August 11 at 6 p.m. in the Haven I Dining Room, Entrance 2A, 112 Marwood Rd., Cabot.

Dr. Pacek earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and finished his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He then completed a hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Wexford Hand & UpperEx Center, where he polished his skills in hand, elbow and shoulder surgery. He also earned his B.S. degree from Grove City College in Molecular Biology.

A Butler County native, Dr. Pacek volunteers as the football team physician for his alma mater, Knoch High School. He has served as a clinical instructor and staff surgeon as well as presented on and authored various articles on numerous orthopedic topics.
