Oktoberfest 2017

The annual Concordia Oktoberfest features fun for the entire family! It will be held Saturday, Oct. 7 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Haven I (112 Marwood Rd., Cabot). Click here for directions.

German bandAdmission is free.  For children 12 and under, there will be free food vouchers, a balloon artist, games, crafts, hayrides, pumpkin painting, face painting, a bounce house and more. The Mikey Dee Polka Band will play throughout the evening until our spectacular Zambelli Fireworks display at 7:45 p.m.! There will also be a rummage sale from 4-6 p.m., tours of Concordia Haven Apartments and Lund Care Center and a baked goods/homemade noodles sale to benefit a number of area Lutheran churches.

For your appetite, our chefs have prepared a German-themed menu featuring Bavarian pork roast, kielbasa/kraut, bratwurst, sauerbraten, Bavarian pretzels, apple cider and MUCH more (including Sam Adams Octoberfest and commemorative Concordia Oktoberfest mugs). Concordia Visiting Nurses will be on hand to offer a Flu Shot and Blood Pressure Clinic

Free parking and shuttle service will be available. Guests are encouraged to arrive well before the 7:45 p.m. Zambelli Fireworks display to park in the designated areas to reduce traffic and safety concerns. Call Concordia Public Relations at 724-352-1571, ext. 8266 with questions.
