You can make a difference in the lives of our residents during this Season of Hope.

Season of Hope sm

As humans, we can live four days without water and about four minutes without air, but we struggle to go on even for a moment without hope. Hope is that invisible force that keeps us going when we feel like giving up. At Concordia Lutheran Ministries, our hope stems from our trust in the Lord who has guided us in our service of caring for over 139 years.

You have the power to continue to give hope through your continued support. So, let your cup runneth over with God’s love and caring as we move into our ever joyful Season of Hope.

In this blessed Season of Hope we ask that you prayerfully consider giving a gift to help ensure that our mission continues. When you support the Good Samaritan Endowment Fund, the Angel Tear Ministries Fund, the Staff Appreciation Fund or any other Concordia initiative, you help to facilitate vital care services your community counts on.

GIVE A GIFT TODAY

We thank you in advance for your very valued support. We also send our sincere wishes for God’s greatest blessings to you and your loved ones throughout this Season of Hope, and for many seasons to come.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. - Jeremiah 29:11
